    Cevin Parker is an abstract artist and painter based in Berlin. In his works, he utilizes color emotionally, as an ever-evolving source of inspiration. As such, he reflects on himself and his surroundings, inspired by concepts, an impulsive vision, or an unexpected muse. His paintings embrace quirky notions of abstraction and draw on the American Color Field painters of the 1950s and 1960s. Some fundamental ideas of Gerhard Richter can also be sporadically recognized in his works.

  • Parker employs soft, muted tones and layers of acrylic. The traces of memory reveal a sensitive reflection of the world without ego.
